Statement of risk.

All-terrain wheelchair travel is inherently dangerous with environmental extremes that can lead to serious injury, loss of limb or even death. The Onward Project LLC is not liable for any damages that result from use of our products and parts.

Intended use.

Intended use of the AdvenChair all-terrain wheelchair is for hiking on trails, sidewalks, streets and roads, and across relatively unobstructed areas like beaches and snowfields. It is not intended to be used at speeds above a fast walk of 6 miles per hour or to be taken airborne off jumps or similar terrain features.
